Order Shipment Times
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise noted on the website at checkout or communicated to you by email in the case of a delay. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delayed due to order verification or the timing of when the order was placed, and may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through Ezvalo.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract — risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
Order Verification
While we process your order, a customer service representative may contact you to verify your order and billing information. If we're unable to reach you, your order may be delayed. To help avoid delays, please double-check all information entered at checkout.
Inspecting Your Order When It Arrives
If your order ships via freight carrier, please thoroughly inspect your item before signing for the package. Before signing the bill of lading, we recommend you verify:
That you've received the correct item
That the packaging shows no damage beyond normal wear from transit — excessive damage may indicate the item was damaged during shipping
If your order is correct and in good condition, please sign for the package. If you did not receive the correct item or notice damage to the packaging, please refuse the package and email our customer service team at service@ezvalo.com. We'll provide instructions to get your order corrected.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you and for visiting our website. We're dedicated to providing 100% satisfactory customer service. If you have any questions, queries, or comments, feel free to reach out — we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
