Return & Refund Policy
GENERAL RETURNS
EZVALO INC
You may initiate a return for an item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Returns outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse(minus actual shipping costs we incurred). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, we'll pay these shipping costs.
To qualify for a general return, the item(s):
Must be in resalable condition
Must be free from scratches and/or defects
Must not have been installed
Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing.
Must not be missing pieces
Return Eligibility
Items must be in unused, in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Custom items cannot be returned. This includes kits and any linear product cut shorter than its manufactured length.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@ezvalo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return of gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 10 days for a refund to post to your credit card or bank account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
