Free door-to-door shipping from local warehouses to multiple locations in the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) and Canada is available for orders over $99.99 Domestic shipping takes 3-5 days, depending on the destination.

The transit time of the international orders is 7-14 working days. If you can't see the shipping option at the checkout, please contact our support team via email service@ezvalo.com.

We ship orders on regular business days Monday - Friday (non-holidays). Orders placed on weekends will ship on the following business day. We use UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL, to ship your orders very tightly sealed.

Order Status & Tracking

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2--3 working days upon confirmation of payment from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.

In general, it may take several working days for delivery, depending on the different delivery methods (3 - 6 Business Days). Please note that some orders go through our fraud prevention department. Return & Refund Policy

GENERAL RETURNS

You may initiate a return for an item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Returns outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse(minus actual shipping costs we incurred). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, we'll pay these shipping costs.

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

Must be in resalable condition

Must be free from scratches and/or defects

Must not have been installed

Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing.

Must not be missing pieces

Return Eligibility

Items must be in unused, in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Custom items cannot be returned. This includes kits and any linear product cut shorter than its manufactured length.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@ezvalo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
